the rats were likely of the same family and gained the stand from otoishi shooting one of them, same way jonathan’s body had hermit purple just like joseph, and dio and jotaro had the same stand

Stands are different due to the users different mental strength personalities goals etc im guessing rats dont differ and all have the same objective itd probably be weirder for them to have different stands lmaoo idk why but i just thought of pickle rick rick with a stand yikes

Jonathon didn't have Hermit Purple. Dio using that in Part 3 was because Araki originally intended The World to be a Stand that could use all other Stand powers. After realizing how OP that would be, he changed it to stopping time.

This fight is a regular meme because this rat almost takes out Jotaro who fought all kinds of strong opponents, especially Dio, in the past.

Also holly had a similar stand to Joseph and the Darby brothers could both take souls, family members can have similar stands and since their rats which comes in litters probably twin rats

I wonder how long Jotaro has been out here fighting stand users and being practically a detective? After Stardust Crusaders, he became a Marine Biologist, which means he had to have gone to college. just realized something. all of the animal stand user's stands were robotic looking in some sort of way. since stands represent the personality and soul of the user, i guess a robotic looking stand for animals represent the more primal instincts and lack of a goal besides pure survival

Stands are a reflective of the self. My understanding is the two rats live in the same way and have the same goals and viewpoints. So their stands would basically be the same as any other wild rat.
