It’s my understanding that people liek sho and Shinra are already pillars cause they have the burst and another one is being born I think the first pillar is something different more of a force than an actual person but we’ll see

The only thing I'll say regarding the importance of the Pillars is that the Evangelist/White-Clad need them like the Akatsuki from Naruto needed the Tailed Beasts. Everything else you need to know will be explained over the course of the story.

The pillars they refer to are Haumea, Shinra, Sho and the blonde girl messing with Shinra we see in the episode, (Basically if you possess an Adolla burst that means you are a pillar)
