So now you know the way appa flies. He's Airbending. That's the mechanic and funnily enough it makes sense. And aang is from the Southern Air temple. That's the one from the 3rd episode we saw. The Northern Air temple was the one with the dad and son with no legs living there where the hot air balloon happened and the fire nation found it. The Eastern one is the one we just saw. And there's a western one as well. That guy with appa was Guru Pathik. Weird name but that's how he's so nasty. Guru's are super spiritual and literally live on that stuff. Can't wait for the last three. Its my favorite ending of a season ever!

Something I just thought about is how extra comforting Guru must have been since Appa legit grew up around monks all day so just having someone there sitting and meditating must've been another familiar sight to him

Ty Lee (best girl) is Azula's hitter. She sends her in when she needs something done. Also, this book is about earth bending and all its capabilities: Sand, Mud, Hypnosis, and even capture are just the few advance techniques of this bending type.

Aang is actually from the Southern Air Temple. That’s why he ended up in the ice berg close to the southern water tribe which is where Sokka and Katara are from. They visited the Northern Air Temple when they were traveling to the northern water tribe to master water bending. The Northern Air Temple was infiltrated by the kid in the wheelchair and his mechanic inventor dad who worked for the fire nation.

There’s four air temples. The north and south are the ones where the male monks live. The east and west are where the female monks live. They always visited each other and I guess the eastern air temple is where Appa was born. So Appa went home in this episode.

This episode just goes to show that Appa is the one and true Badass and if it were up to him, the final fight wouldn't have three seasons to happen. He would have crushed all them. He's a take no prisoners kind of Bison.
