Season two bout to be some heat. Actually avoiding the manga because this is one of the few anime's where i would like to be completely unaware of the next possible outcome.

I actually theorized early on in the season (as it was airing) that Ray was Isabella's biological son. I actually thought I was crazy, but I saw it in their faces. The resemblance was uncanny to me, and also the way they sometimes cracked their sinister grins that looked early identical, and also the hair color. Then there was that moment Ray took a polaroid pic of her, and after he left the room she seemed to look at the picture of herself in a peculiar way, like, "My son took this picture." When the show officially revealed it, I was soooo hyped, like, "I FUCKING CALLED IT!!!!!" But yeah, this is why she's my favorite character. She's a complex character who resides knee deep in the gray area (and she's gorgeous af to boot lol).

Wow and it all comes together, hopefully season 2 wont be delayed to long its going to be an intense season. I do hope we see Isabella in season 2 maybe she will change sides and help with the bigger escape please don't just kill her off.

All were victims of circumstance truly in the end. Isabella was Emma at what point, and what Emma would have become if she became a mom candidate. I felt for Isabella in the end.

After a second watch, I love how the plan was going in the background throughout all the episodes and sometimes in plain sight. Most people wouldn't notice unless they paid a lot of attention to it. My favorite thing to notice were Ray humming the song before he tried to burn himself and Isabella humming it early in the series

Dude I feel so bad for Isabella now, its one thing to have a kid knowing they are going to eventually be fed to demons its another thing entirely to be placed on the same farm as your kid to raise them and connect with them just for them to be harvested.

maaan, this show is so good. because of this reaction and the fact they pushed s2 to 2021 is why I started to read the manga, and I bought the the physical copy, man about to start volume 7, and cant wait for s2!!

Even with this mistake, she's too good to throw away and replace. If anything, it raises her stock that she raised kids that could outsmart her the system and escape. Those are caviar kids now.

Yo I started reading the manga right after the episode ended a while ago and let me tell you I had to stop myself when I got to a certain part not too far from the last episode I said you know what I'm not going to spoil it for myself I'll wait for the second season but the manga just as good so I'm warning you be careful if you start it it will be hard to stop

One thing I’m disappointed about this adaptation is Isabella’s final thought before the arc’s completion. “I wish I could love them normally.” Such a sad wish for such a tragic (and easily the best) villain of Promised Neverland.

Look at that lupasan, i binged watched all your reactions in two days lmao yes i do have a job but i put my games aside and started watching every episode. This is the 3rd time with you i watch this great anime. And now, im empty handed again lol so please consider dusk maiden of amnesia, i know you you guys prefer more well known anime, but i hope more people recommend it as well it helps others to start watching it. as someone who has read the manga, to all my manga readers, please don't spoil it for those who only watch the anime. i watched the anime first and then was compelled to read the manga and it helped me fall more in love and into the lore of this anime. Season 2 no matter how they decide to split the story is going to be soooo hype XD. for those who want to read the manga and don't mind it being an e style book amazon has them as e books $3-9 each. I can never go back to watch this with fresh eyes so I loved watching it with lupasan the ups the downs the tears all of that. Also put respect on my lil man Phil's name cuz you dragged him at the end of ep 11 lol perceptive but not a traitor

yes mom knew that Phil knows everything. she knew emma and ray and norman wouldnt leave fam behind without a good reason. if they arent liable for harvest until 6 yrs old and they left the 4 and under behind they were safe no matter what happens to mom and the farm . do read the manga it provides a lot of thoughts characters are having in the moment that arent said out loud :)

Rewatching this was even 10x sadder than the first time watching it. I remember being teary eyed when I first watched it, but now I'm bawling my eyes out. Isabella is my favorite character in this show.
