lol it's funny how you expected Gon to win in a straight up fight against Genthru. At this point, Genthru is so much stronger than Gon that it's a joke of a fight in itself. In fact, Gon's never ever been stronger than his opponent outside of Heaven's Arena lol.

For perspective, Biscuit needed 1 punch in her original form to finish off a bomber. Killua had to go through a whole bunch of tricks, he couldn't "make it quick". And Gon couldn't win at all straight up. Enemies in Hunter X Hunter are pretty competent. The least intelligent character's still pretty damned smart. They need to be at least that good to learn nen after all.

Yeah in Hunter X Hunter at this point, everybody can fight. But it's their Nen and how they use it to make a fight work. Like the Troop is hella strong, so when they wash somebody, it wasn't that they were weak. They are all just THAT strong overall.
