This is a purely anecdotal, personal post and has nothing to do with art.... but remember a few months ago when my EARS started ACTUALLY burning before one of my concerts and my body was instantly covered in hives?

Well, it happens a lot now! So I think it is a weird reaction to high-stress moments. Only started happening recently! Also sometimes accompanied by dizziness. I think it's just how my body is deciding to handle stress these days. Weird right?

Anyone else ever have these minor panic attack moments? Hope not! LOL!!!

What do you do when you're mega-ass-stressed?? Meditate? Deep breaths? Go in a blanket fort????

I'm not writing this to worry anyone (I'm healthy! Nothing to worry about there!) but more because it is pretty interesting how the body sometimes manifests the emotions our brains are too tired to handle...
