AltStore 1.4.3b2 + AltServer 1.5b3: More App Crashing Fixes! (Patreon)

Thanks to your feedback, I've now managed to fix several issues y'all reported with the previous AltStore and AltServer betas! In particular, AltStore should now work as expected on iOS 13 and with paid developer accounts.

Just like with the previous beta, you'll need to manually update AltStore by downloading one of the attached AltServers and using it to install AltStore to your phone. If you're on Windows, make sure to uninstall your existing AltServer first before installing the beta. You do not need to delete AltStore first, however.

Assuming there aren't any major issues, I plan to release this fix to everyone in the next day or so. Thanks again for all your feedback; it's been incredibly helpful for figuring this all out!
