I kinda of wish Jenny got a new face, but I guess you could explain it by saying she didn't fully regenerate because shes a clone of a time lord. I also feel like Jenny being a woman Time Lord is a bit different than The Doctor becoming a women. I always thought of the Doctor as being the same man with a different face, so I definitely thought it was an interesting choice to run with a female Doctor. But the female Time Lord in itself part, I don't think that was ever a problem with most fans. Can't wait to see the rest of this season and the multiple specials!

Lots of fans think it’s the Source, terraforming whatnot that revives Jenny. Regen or Source, either works for me! There are some really fun audio dramas of Jenny by Big Finish.
