The series is finished, and there’s 139 chapters. I would say there’s definitely enough for 3 seasons depending on how many episodes are in each season, and maybe a 4th? Also that girl with the shotgun, is you go back to episode 2 where we see her on that tree, it’s a continuation of what she was talking about. They only knew about the loop after shinpei was copied, and when they were copied they keep the clothing from when they were copied. If they can update themselves they can change their clothes. They copied him back at the store where he met shiori that little girl, or maybe it was updated not too sure. Shinpei is the only one who returned back to the island where that accent is common, and being in another area with a different accent changes that. Also with ushio, we know she was copied for a bit. When they were cleaning the beach mio and ushio saw ushio’s clone.

I was wondering the whole episode if she was the real Ushio since you put in my head that the clone could be dead but I guess not since when a shadow dies the body disappears. I don’t think the accent can’t tell us anything since they keep going in and out of accent. But your 2nd theory about having the memory of the real person and being affected by it.
