It was a good slime episode. This part of the arc has a way to put you in a better mood. A lot of setup. Not much action in this episode. The Church is super sketchy. What the King said is if some of their people get hurt the Church will have the excuse to step in and “save” them. The king said that the 17000 soldiers is not enough but with the Church “saving” them they are going to get a bigger army and a better change. Like Rimru / Narrator said, at the end a crisis is about to start. I’m looking forward to the reaction to the rest of slime You're doing an amazing job AP. Cheers 😋

The Church in Falmuth is operating a bit independently from the main church. Archbishop Reyheim wants prestige from proactively destroying Tempest. The main church has not yet officially declared them enemies, Reyheim jumped the gun a bit. He got a bit of inside information. Also, there's not always intentional coordination between all forces acting against Tempest. -------BTW, one of the reasons the king of Falmuth decided to go after Tempest is because he heard about the speech Rimuru made in Dwargon and thought it was weak, so underestimated Tempest.

More random stuff:. In the beginning, Jura Forest was so dangerous because of monsters that few humans went in there. When Veldora's presence could no longer be felt, people started venturing in. Then Rimuru made it so safe with patrolled roads, and encouraging trade by charging less than Falmuth charged to bring goods through, that people started abandoning the old trade route.----The western nations are west of Dwargon and Jura. The empire, which has been mentioned I think, is east. -----Otherworlders were summoned, in which case there is a curse that forces them to obey the summoner, or they came spontaneously. Not all of them have gained power, but many get really strong skills.
