Appreciate the reaction! As you get further in the series you'll get more info about alchemy and alkahestry as well as what May "feels" underground. Also to answer your question about the gold-toothed doctor with Kimblee, he's the doctor we see working on Bradley in the flashback of him being experimented on and turned into Wrath.

Also just want to say that I love how there’s callbacks to things that happened in the beginning of the series with the Water alchemist attacking Central in ep 1 actually being right, the happenings in Liore and Envy starting the conflict there again when he pretended to be the priest in ep 3 & 4, and Hughes actually figuring out and bringing up the plan of the country-wide transmutation circle and govt. conspiracy up back in ep 10 before Lust confronts him and he is silenced. Giving those moments context and weight this far into the show is something I only appreciate more rewatching it through your reactions
