How do I even answer that? 🥺 They both went through something similar. The only difference may be that there seem to be more ishvalan survivors than survivors of the Kurta clan. I would say for me, it’s equal.

Googled your question: “Why do anime characters wear the same clothes?” Quora answered: “Branding - as other people said, characters become more recognizable, like a brand when they always wear the same clothes. Coming up with new outfits is hard. Manga artists have really strict deadlines, so it's important for them to save time when they can, and designing new outfits that aren't terrible take time.” Anime studios are pressured to be faithful to the manga and mangaka already work 80+ hours weekly as is, even with assistants. From what I hear, Togashi does most of the drawings himself and it shows. He only missed one out of 176 issues of Weekly Shonen Jump from Yu Yu Hakusho’s debut to its end. HxH is a completely different story with the current hiatus of about 2 years.

Specialists can learn the other categories normally. 80% for the closest 2, then 60 %, and Enhancer at 40% since it's the furthest. The categories are kind of similar but you can only notice the more abilities you see. Transmuters&Conjurors both turn aura into something else for example.

Kurapika was using manipulation to catch the bullets, similar to how Kastro, an enhancer, used conjuration to produce a doppelganger while utilizing manipulation to puppeteer its movements. Conjuration doesn’t require constant nen expenditure unless the object is destroyed (though the nen system leaves many possibilities open) but objects that aren’t enhanced will be weak against strong nen users. At Kukuroo mountain, Killua broke out of his chains/cuffs with ease and without nen. Enhancing his chains wouldn’t do much for Kurapika because he only has 60% efficiency on top of already expending nen on conjuring chains. Enhancers, having 100% efficiency, will break them easily as will emitters and transmuters of comparable talent and experience (since 80% efficiency in enhancement). Also, that was Gon with his fishing rod and Wing under the enhancement category.

I want to mention that you should keep in mind that fact that none knows how the Phantom Troupe looks like. Almost none at least. This isn't some very important info but some reactors forget this and then ended up asking about some things while watching this arc. I feel like I wrote total nonsense, sorry for my English. -_-'
