When Light calls the two investigators stupid when they get in the front of the car and pulls out a piece of the death note, its not to kill them, but to kill takeda with the suicide by fire before they arrive, and on that note, takeda didn't write her own name down to commit suicide, light was a scumbag and did it to protect himself

Yeah, you don't see him do it, but its heavily implied because: 1. The piece of paper seems to be square like the little piece Light has in his watch. 2. It's always Light that reads the content of the note (implying he wrote it himself and is thinking of it.) and not Takada (which would imply her writting it). 3. At the end Takada's eyes suddenly lose their shine, showing us that the Death Note has taken control of her (just like Namoi's eyes lost their shine when Light mad her kill herself way back). But I have to give Lex credit for noticing the note wasn't written in blood (like the last time Light used the watch), as I didn't even consider that this could contradict Light beeing the one who wrote the note. I think we are just to assume that Light could use a pencil instead of blood this time, because he would be aware of the paper in the watch and could always carry a pencil with him, instead of having to use his blood like the first time he used the watch when he hadn't had anything else at hand.
