CArd Counting ISN'T cheating, no matter what scum like Casinos try to claim. It's a skill, that ANYONE can use, as it doesn't use cheat implements but just memorizing the already used cards. The reason Casinos ban this, altho technically it's not against the rules, is because as said, the Dealer in Blackjack has the disadvantage, so people would win 24/7 if the casinos actually allowed Card Counting, since everyone would use it and clean all the money from the casino.

Taking away her clothes was a d#?"move...it's supposed to be for comedic value/fanservice, but doesn't take the humiliation-part that serious. Maybe most people aren't bothered by it or think it shouldn't be taken serious, but shows you've got principles, so I like. 👍 To the siblings it's simply about Blank being no.1 in every game, no ulterior motives as far as I can see it. On the food shortage: part of the reforms they introduced was the crop-rotation-based agriculture to avoid exhausting all the nutrients in the soil, thus improving the yield of food, so that'll maybe help. Hope your skin gets better soon! 🙂

They also tried to get her not to challenge them, then gave her multiple opportunities to stop betting. She chose to ignore all of them and make the bets anyway. The siblings were teaching her (and us) that probability not luck is how you win, that knowledge is the ultimate power and that you never start a fight unless you've accounted for all the variables.

I definitely think Sora's personal ideologies factor into wanting to challenge Tet I feel it has to do with what he was saying throughout the past episodes that people keep underestimating humans too much and that's just what he feels and has an underlying objective of proving how imanity/humanity isn't inferior just because of the reasons that the world shows such as not being able to use magic and so forth even if this belief isn't exactly solid meaning it won't be said ever directly there's just some implications that kinda make me think this

I always forget that most animes if not all have a specific target audience but I personally just am self aware of what those are when watching specific animes so I have specific mindsets going into them and many scenes garner to those audiences and I get reminded of that when watching your reactions u seem to have a set mindset that doesn't change no matter what anime you're watching even though you're aware of the purpose for most scenes but I'm not saying that's a bad thing in any way it's just something I've noticed

LMAO Laputa was a reference to the classic movie "Castle in the Sky" in 1986, they chanted that spell hoping that the castle would fall down like it did in the film.

I know the Steph dog scenes are hard to watch, but you have to realize that they were actually making a point to her. That it doesn't matter how much you want to win, how much you feel like you're in the right, or how much you feel like your opponent is in the wrong -- if you lose, you lose. Righteousness isn't going to save you from being humiliated, cold intelligence will. Feeling angry at them doing that is natural, but their point is that you can get angry and cry about it all you want, you still lost and you'll pay for it. And you'll keep paying for it as long as you keep being emotional about it. It's a harsh truth of reality, but ethics are a luxury for the powerful. Without power, your opinion of right and wrong are meaningless because you can't do anything but watch.
