Is it the idea that LG is pretty much (and no offense meant by this) a one joke character? Love the redesign.

The new girl is super cute, I think she'll work a lot better to make the story more interesting and less stiff, it opens more paths for events to happen with her and conflict with the MC

This new character kind of reminds me of the pink hair vampire girl from Rosario + Vampire. =o

Yes, this is much better, thanks for the editing, Zdemian. Making her partner... alive is definitely an improvement, she's got a nice design, and the redo of the page with the cute bookworm helps give more character already, instead of just a rant.

Would've been interesting to see how you might've pulled off the first shot, but I like this dynamic better. Grit + grit can fall flat pretty quickly.
