Sure is a good thing she's got her tentacular abomination to keep her from going mad and turning her clients into surgical monstrosities of silicone and flesh against their wills.

I like to think I'm a simple man with simple tastes. And while there are many different interesting directions this could go. I would be rather OK if this short story ended with the good "Doctor" and her squiggly creation making sweet sweet love with each other.
