hmm I could see this going 2 ways: 1- this may just show us the eldritch horror she created and was told to never show any one. Or 2- this is later, and the "doctor" winds up willingly transforming herself into some sort of horror sex beast reminiscent of the stuff the artist Demon-Man used to do. (Mind you all this is nothing more than wishful thinking) Actually no, that is a special level of hardcore transformation that would probably loose more patrons than it would gain, so I doubt very much that he would go that far...

That first chick has the right idea with the lips thing :) Nice idea for a little comic though, looking forward to see what the Doctor gets up to.
