I was half expecting the First Episode of the Bronze Age Collapse to be Uploaded next but, hey, this is still Extra History, so who am I to Complain?

1:23 - ah, there it is

Love it (And really tempted to play "Drink on Kamehameha" because of how the name stands out when said)

I was expecting the Bronze Age Collapse but I was hoping that Extra History would look at Kamehameha the Great at some point. I've always wanted to learn about him since Civ 5 :D

Hawaiian history, nice. You're going to make a Russian revoution series this autumn, right? With it being 100 years and all. If you don't, you could make something about Finland, considering that's another 100 year anniversary.

I'd never heard any Hawaiian history before, so this is definitely an interesting change. I love when people I'd not really heard much about get their own series and they end up being great (another example being South Sea Company)

1917 revolution is probably still 'too soon', and it ties in quite a bit into the Great War which was touched already. I'd personally love to see how artists would depict Lenin giving a speech on top of an APC, but I doubt it would happen soon.

I never knew anything of Hawaiian history either, this is going to be cool!

I'm curious as to why you aren't going with related closing music anymore?

Anonymous

Oh my God this was on my list of topics to recommend someday! You folks are amazing, you know that?

Anonymous

The day before my birthday too! It's like a present from the EH crew. Heck yeah.

Anonymous

Did I ever tell you how amazing you are?

Anonymous

So no sea people?

Video looks great I too watch videos on YouTube. The best series I've watched out your channel is about starting building a game I'm now working to build my Patreon community so is there any tips you give for me

I feel like someone was looking up Dragonball Z stuff and stumbled onto this character by accident.

You guys should do Sophie Scholl as a one-off sometime.

Bronze Age Collapse will be the next full series, starting on June 24! Kamehameha is a two-parter, then there will be a Lies episode.

ExtraCredits

It'll come on June 24! It's the next full series, but this is a little two parter in between the end of Articles of Confederation and the Lies episode for that series.

ExtraCredits

This one's only two episodes long, but I think they're a very good set! I'm excited for this Saturday. :)

ExtraCredits

This one's just a one-off (or rather, a two-off) which doesn't have related closing music because we can't compose that much music, that fast. ;)

ExtraCredits

They'll be here, starting on June 24! This is just a two part mini-series (hence the numbering).

My advice would be don't rely on Patreon to build your primary community, because as much as I love Patreon it doesn't give great tools to attract new people to your work on the site itself. Places like Facebook and Twitter are much better for that. Once you do have people (usually from those sites, or from wherever your work lives) join you on Patreon, though, just remember to interact with the community. They're here because they enjoy your work and they want to support you, so talk with them! ...And don't follow my example, because I've been MIA for about two weeks due to workload. Sorry about that. :\

Rob Rath (who wrote these episodes, and also the Bismarck set) is from Hawaii, so this was something he's wanted to write about for a long time!

Thank you for this look at Hawaiian history. My only other look was back in the late 1960s, when a female classmate did a report on Liliuokalani, last ruler of an independent Hawaii.
