Above Average Part 17 (Patreon)

Got this up later than I would have liked, but I am pleased with how it turned out so I'm glad I put extra time into it. The story continues to follow Kyle for a little longer as he sets out to recover the items on John's behalf. In the process we learn more about Kyle's personality and character. I really like how he's shaping up, and his unbridled enthusiasm works as a great foil to John's shyness. There's also a few other similarities and differences between them that will play out over the next few chapters. At least Kyle likes to keep his place nice and neat so he won't be scaring John off with his slovenly habits like Alan has hehe.
