Ciao miei Patreon oggi avrei voluto salutarvi con un BUONGIORNO e raccontandovi solo come prosegue la mia dieta e attività fisica,  ma così non è! 

Ho ripetuto più volte che questo canale ha anche lo scopo di prendere qualche minuto "leggero" e staccarsi dai problemi personali e sociali ed anzi incoraggiare a prendere tempo per se stessi e condividere cose che con il comune amico a volte non si riescono a condividere.

Fatta questa premessa, non possiamo fare finta di ciò che sta accadendo proprio a pochi km da noi, con l'invasione della Russia in Ukraina. 

Non entrerò nel merito di un guerra che non sarei nemmeno in grado di concepire o raccontarvi; queste cose le lascio fare a chi è del mestiere e purtroppo sappiamo che saremo "invasi" di queste brutte notizie nei prossimi giorni.

Una riflessione che facevo questa mattina, è come sentiamo, o almeno io senta tanta tristezza per ciò che sta accadendo non lontano dall' Italia, e come invece siamo più indifferenti per guerre che ci riguardano meno o che toccano meno la nostra economia, ma che sono sempre presenti più lontano da noi e portano morti e violenza: Congo, Myamar, Afghanistan e purtroppo in tanti altri paesi.

Fatta questa brutta premessa,   il nostro progetto andrà avanti come sempre e a breve vi racconterò come prosegue la mia  giornata.

Hello my patreons today I would have liked to greet you with a GOOD MORNING and just telling you how my diet and physical activity continues, but it is not!

I have repeated several times that this channel also aims to take a few "light" minutes and detach from personal and social problems and indeed encourage you to take time for yourself and share things that sometimes you can't share with your mutual friend.

Having said that, we cannot pretend what is happening just a few kilometers from us, with the invasion of Russia in Ukraine.

I will not go into the merits of a war that I would not even be able to conceive or tell you about; I leave these things to those of the trade and unfortunately we will be invaded by this bad news in the next few days.

A reflection I made this morning is how we feel, or at least I feel so much sadness for what is happening not far from Italy, and how instead we are more indifferent to wars that affect us less or that affect our economy less, but that they are always present further away from us and bring deaths and violence: Congo, Myamar, Afghanistan and unfortunately in many other countries.

Having made this bad premise, our project will go on as always and soon I will tell you how my day goes on.
