LiVE FITNESS Tomorrow 13 August 6PM (Patreon)

HELLO Patreon, first of all with this post I give a Live appointment for tomorrow at 6PM with gymnastics. Let's do this experiment and I will try for about 30 'to make you participate and participate in those gymnastic sessions that I do every day. I had also announced the conclusion Live of the Challenge that we did in July, but as many of you have pointed out to me, here it is a holiday period and therefore not everyone could participate. Since the challenge is something built together with you, we will do the live broadcast in September after returning from holidays, so that everyone has the opportunity to participate and comment live. Having said that, I'm not crazy talking on the pantry cabinet, but I've just taken a "public speaking" course and I'm trying to put some notions into practice, talking to the heart of the pantry, so as to excite her and understand what will be the best way to order it. Speaking of emotions, I hope next week to convey to you the ones I will experience from Saturday 15 August to Elba Island.

CIAO Patreon, innanzitutto con questo post do appuntamento Live per domani alle ore 18.00 con la ginnastica. Facciamo questo esperimento e cercherò per 30' circa di farvi parteci e partecipanti a quelle sessioni di ginnastica che faccio quotidianamente. Avevo annunciato anche il Live di conclusione della Challenge che abbiamo fatto a luglio, ma come tanti di voi mi hanno fatto notare, qui da noi è periodo di vacanze e quindi non tutti potrebbero partecipare. Visto che la challenge è una cosa costruita insieme a voi, la diretta la faremo a settembre al rientro dalle vacanze, così che tutti abbiano modo di partecipare e commentare dal vivo. Detto questo, non sono impazzita parlando al mobile della dispensa, ma ho appena seguito un corso di "public speaking" e sto cercando di mettere in pratica alcune nozioni, parlando al cuore della dispensa, così da emozionarla e capire quale sarà il modo migliore per ordinarla. A proposito di emozioni, spero la prossima settimana di trasmettere anche a voi quelle che vivrò da sabato 15 Agosto con destinazione Isola D'Elba.
