Hey guys, we've had some minor delays this week with the Maya team for BC pt.1 so in the interim, we've decided to showcase where our Blender models are currently at. 

The important thing to remember here is that these are WIP models - especially Sophia. We're using Cerene's Rig as a base to build the others and Lanessa is almost there. However, Sophia still has some issues to iron out (especially around her fingers and other delicate articulations). We also still need to rig her DG version. 

Materials aren't completely done yet (again especially on Sophia). As you can see, we have some eye issues (although this seems to be due to Eevee in Blender. The new Turbo Cycles render engine might help solve this. 

And in terms of outfits, we still have to port over Sophia's. Again, our main issue atm is the lack of a full-time rigger. 

The Maya update is coming, so bear with us but in the meantime, we hope you enjoy these two mini clips!

Even for WIPs these look pretty good. GG and thanks for sharing some actual progress. I like that all girls now seem to have a specific figure. You can see that especially in their buttocks. Good job on that, Also like Lanessa's platform shoes. I love that there's actually a height difference with Cerene and Lanessa seems to be trying to compensate lol. I do have some questions/concerns even if these are WIPs: 1. Was Lanessa supposed to have such a darker skin tone compared to Cerene? In Royal descent they seemed to have pretty much the same tone and it would make sense for them both to be paler, being vampires and all. 2. Hope you're still working on Cerene's haircut. She seems to have some braids, but it looks like she has half her skull's shaven right now. Don't think this look fits her well in this setting. Feels way too modern. 3. I think the balls have grown too much and hang too low, especially in the seating clip. What you did in Royal descent was perfect imo. They were big and in Sophia's face. Now they seem like something out of Steve Carson's stuff, and that's a completely different style imo. Not a fan really, hope you'll work on that. What we saw on Lanessa in the Maya previews looked perfect imo.

This is a joke. This could have been made over two years ago and we would know no difference. This page is clearly a scam, and Miro has given up on any kind of quality improvement. Thank goodness there are other artists who aren't stagnating below the level of their prior works.

I get what the purpose of the update is for so not going to focus on the small animations in the two videos As TheGreatCornholio mentioned above, Lanessa appears to have a darker skin tone to what we see from the Bloodcrown WIPs, I get lighting is part of it but is this something that will be the mainstay for the Blender projects? This is not a big deal really but it would be most noticeable following any content immediately released after Bloodcrown that features Lanessa. After that, it will become the norm. Regarding the Blender side of things: Would it be possible to show animations of erections, if time and team constraints allow, to see the extent/how the blender rig / team will handle the cock going from its flaccid state to fully erect? I know I'll never get my dream of having the cocks grow to their full size from a much smaller flaccid state so I'll settle for the current sizes going from soft to hard. Perhaps in the future, the team could adapt/take some inspiration from the previous fun sections in Girlfriends4Ever/Royal Descent just for testing purposes in blender. Looking forward to the Maya update.

The blender team are working quite fast from initiated from nothing last year. Even though they have the original Maya file but fixing is always harder than remaking especially on what we didn't do. In term of defective outfit, not sure if Part 2 still have some left. Remember BL: RD that came after BLC? They don't have any outfits except some crimson body chains and high-heel. Still, don't have any update from the Maya team so far. So I assume that have their own problem but didn't tell us. This is my assumption for the Blender team to move along without waiting for Part1. Does Sophia is still in Part 2 if not then rigging Sophia would be a low priority while there is the fourth character that doesn't contain anywhere before then making he/she would be a high priority? Anyway, rigging Sophia has to be done and may be using Shape-Keys to may erection, disappear or even phimosis. (If take too much time then skip it) What happens in Part 1 that will cause the storyline in Part 2? So that the Blender team could prepare the incoming scene. Like it is still on Lanessa's citadel or they travel to another new place. In case, they move to some concept place, it still has some time or manhour to do it begin with. Or Part 2 is just a sequence and release it first then flashback to part 1 like what actually happened before. For example, Sophia is actually a vampire queen who is bored with nothing to serve her so she runs from her minion to play a game with a lone vampire so that she could take the prince's heart that Cerene's belonging kingdom. To handicap her, Cerene cast magic to turn Sophia back into a normal princess and that is how the first Bloodlust begins. And Sophia is the winner cause the arrogant prince could risk himself to save her but Cerene cheat instead of giving her back her vampire form and memory, she is toying with her which is why BL: RD occurred. For Lanessa came at the end is actually a minion to save the Vampire queen. And to break the magic is to break the caster in Lanessa Part1 and some explanation (flashback) then Part 2 that release before show fun they have some fun. (And may plotting for next project)

Hello Miro, I wanted to ask: when roughly is a preliminary release date for Blood crown? and also when will we a get a proper trailer as well?

Hi, this is an update on the Blender models, not the Maya production team - so no it couldn't have been created 2 years ago as we weren't yet in Blender. We are aiming to switch to Blender fully for BC pt. 2 to be able to speed up production times massively. As stated by Miro, we have explained the production delays before. Yes, we are sorry it's taking so long, you can either accept that or not, but it is what it is. James

Hi Rikyla thanks for the questions. So as mentioned, the textures are one of the unfinalized points atm, especially for Lanessa and Sophia. So no, this isn't the final appearance. We can do some erection animations yes, however it may again not be the final process as the rigs could still change but I'll look into scheduling some. Thanks - James

The purpose of this page is also to show you the behind-the-scenes. There have been quite a few requests to show where exactly our Blender models are at. We have shown far rougher content in the past. James

Hi Dorio, as explained in the text, yes, the Maya team experienced a delay, hence why we are posting this in the meantime. Story-wise, we can't share much yet as it is still in development but Sophia will still be very central to the storyline. BC pt 2 will follow on directly from pt 1 (as it is currently planned). Hi, as mentioned, shaders are not finalised, so no, especially with Lanessa and Sophia, this isn't the final skin tone. Cerene's hair still needs some work yes but we quite like the style - it's down to personal preference. But it might also change. And with regards to ball size, this can easily (and probably will) be changed to match part 1 and previous BL content. Thanks - James

That's fair and appreciate the response. I think with the purpose of the updates, regardless of the possible changes that may came in the final process, just seeing WIPs of the erection animations is good just to play around with soft to hard/ hard to soft and how quickly or slow or fast it happens.
