I just think she wasn't above committing a crime and Charles unwittingly gave her the confidence to do so. I wish the Jimmy Jab Games had replaced all the heist episodes after the first one. The premise of them is 'fun stuff to do while confined in the office', which, unlike the heists, seems characteristically professional.
