Who is Charlie?!? (Patreon)

I never do this for a reading, as Conor and I, I'm sure, will discuss it at length and with the appropriate level of passion (we're recording tomorrow 10/23), but who is Charlie? He appears out of nowhere, presumably a friend of Benjamin, which implies he's a friend of Anthony/Richard and Elizabeth.
