I should maybe do an own series of more vintage stuff. Unfortunately I don't have that many of these older speakers, as all of them were really crappy.

Thanks for the comparison with the MINIRIG Mini. I have the first generation MINIRIG mini which is starting to fail. Would you recommend the Roam as a replacement for a small travel speaker? I realise there are cheaper speakers such as the maxsound plus, but don’t mind spending the extra if it’s worth it.

I just shot another video with the Roam. And my conclusion is exactly like that: if you don’t mind the extra price, get it, there is nothing really much better at this size and thanks to Wifi it’s really more versatile than a simple Bluetooth speaker. But you can find better sounding speakers which are cheaper and larger...

Welchen mobilen speaker würdest du aktuell bis 100 euro empfehlen? Soundcore motion+, tribit maxsound? Ein kollege fragt, er würde sich gerne eine kleine mobile box anschaffen bis 100 euro, für draußen aber auch daheim

Can you do a quick and dirty frequency response measurement?^^

How is sonos roam compared with the Stockwell 2?

The foxl speakers had a nice sound, but little bass and low volume. They are liquidating everything and look to be out of the game entirely now. https://soundmatters.com/never-before-savings/

A pity they never really developed the original design any further. The FoXL was nice like 10 years ago but it never really improved. Meanwhile it became obsolete.
