Turns out that Commissioner #02 was actually talking about Nurse Joy in the brief and I somehow got that mixed up. Regardless, here is WIP02 of this Poppin' Pin-Up. We changed up her hairstyle here, switched the cap and put a Poke-Ball in her mouth. Commissioner wanted her hands tied behind the back of the chair so that she would seem less mobile; we obliged.

The color palette used is a spin-off of an original Pokemon color palette; we just darkened it and turned the contrast up. Its not often that I take a swing at more Eastern style Hentai, not a fan of simplifying facial features but it is what commissioner wanted. Hope you guys are diggin' it so far.
