Behind the scenes: Sprite Creator! Update #2 (Patreon)

Starting the post off, in case you've missed it previously. Below is our recent news regarding episode 4. It's in the engine phase now and looking very likely for Friday/Saturday. (3/4th's of it is in the engine as of today)

I won't make a wall of text, since the first post covers what is going on mainly. I'll cover some new stuff added since the first post and what we have to look forward to soon. :P

~Outfits~

The academy swimsuit and gym outfits are finished up, added to the tool! (gym uniform not pictured above yet) The original plan with outfits for this tool was simply diaper/bra, school uniform, gym uniform and swimsuit. But we might include some extras later on for club related stuff.

This would possibly include...
-Cheerleader uniform (similar to Juliet's)
-Gymnastic outfit (similar to Juliet's but more basic/default)
-Baseball uniform (completely new)
-Tennis uniform (completely new)

~Hairstyles~

Two new hairstyles have been added! (pictured on the right of image) So we can now see pixie cut style, pigtails and medium length styles. We have about 6-7 basic styles planned, with the others expected to cover a longer length style, ponytail, long hair with small tails.
We will possibly include extras for this later on.

This would possibly include...
-Unkept/messy hairstyle (wild?)
-Side braid
-Pulled back/headband
-Elegant long length/bangs swept aside

Among many other styles that cover ranges.

~What's missing so far?~

New stuff aside that's been added. We're missing 3-4 hairstyles needed. Chubby and slim body types need clothes adjusted to fit them right still and then mainly expressions added before it's wrapped up.

For body types for the future, could possibly include...
-fit average
-thick chubby
-thick average

Among others that'd help stick out a bit more uniquely.

For expressions, we're playing with the idea of offering some more unique ones from the cast redone. Stuff like Nova's nervous eyes for example, Rachel's fear eyes, among other unique pieces for mouths, etc.

~Closing~

That about sums up our recent news and stuff for now on this subject! I hope many of you enjoy the little bit of new preview stuff, sorry there isn't a preview for the gym uniform above. Lisa (sprite artist) forgot to send them and had them hold off until they have some more previews to share with me by next week or when they have time to get more progress moving along. ^^

We're aware a few have expressed wishing to check the tool out and do stuff with it possibly. I don't want to hype anyone up to let them down yet, as right now the idea of this creator is to be used as a dev tool for MA mainly. With that said though, once it's finished and I have a better idea of how it looks in hand. We'll chat and see about offering it to supporters as a perk/reward possibly.

The main concern is ensuring Lisa is credited without things getting crazy given the nature of the .psd file/tool and what people could possibly do with it. Just as a safety concern and being mindful to our artist for their hard work and making sure we don't upset anyone in the process.
