YEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH after struggling with this problem for a year, I successfully make it WORKS!!!! AND WE ARE PROBABLY THE FIRST GAME THAT WILL HAVE THE ACTUAL DEFORMATION EFFECT!!! (EPIC has never fixed this stupid bug in the last year. I might be the first person who solved it!!!!)

In short, the car deformation effect will work on your computer now!!!! No longer just inside the editor! 

Another good news is I get the character import at runtime works too. (although I haven't clearly understood how it works) Soon you should be able to load your models at runtime.
