This might seem slightly confusing but the spell that Tatsuya used to erase the bullets and slice&dice the attackers is technically the same one he erased the truck with. He can utilize it in a multitude of ways like you saw him use it as "sword". It decomposes both inanimate objects and living organisms which means he is disintegrating targets on a molecular level.
