MI Stuff- AR Headsets/ visors (Patreon)

These have shown up on a few pages, idk if I've ever said what they were, but they are AR visors that are worn commonly on Earth around this time, especially in more developed countries. The fancier kinds require the subcutaneous insertion of a metal circle in the temple for the arm of the visor to affix to/ propagate sound through, and the cheaper kinds are more like headsets that sit over or loop around the ear. A lot of companies nowadays pressure workers to use these headsets since they integrate very strongly with Buoy (a ubiquitous communications and project management tool), but some people refuse to wear these devices for medical/ religious/ etc reasons, it's a bit of a mess. 

In this transitional time, long-term use of AR headsets has NOT been approved for use outside of Earth, so a lot of people who relied on them back home have had to deal with a more primitive workflow involving smart screens and such while various companies are busy trying to get clearance for these devices off-planet.
