June Sketch Request Contest changes (Patreon)

There are a few small edits that I've made to the sketch request contest.

1. A new "VIP" tier has been added - in it, your sketch will be finished without having to win in the poll. After the tier has been occupied once for the month, it will disappear for the rest of the month to keep it from being filled again that same month. The Double Sketch tier is only available through Patreon and the Single character will be a featured link on DA.

2. There will be limited availability so I don't end up spending the whole month on sketches. I've limited the spots in each tier and will cut off DA's request link after 10 sketches have been requested. I'm aiming for 20-25 total sketches max.

3. Prices have gone up slightly- you might see your usual tier price has been edited. To thank you for being a patron, I've kept prices through Patreon lower than DA (link and prices not posted on DA yet). 

4. Winners- There will be 4 total winners from the polls like last month. I would like to run both of the polls on both DA and Patreon and choose the top voted from each site's poll, but we might just run it on Patreon and have the top 2 from the Patreon poll. -Open to your feedback on any polling idea!- However, a link to a poll through a new, poll website is not something I am interested in doing- needs to be on DA or Patreon.
