Of all the WW2 “last stands” that you are aware of what do you consider 1- The most “ gutsy” last stand and 2- The last stand that resulted in the best strategic outcome? Thanks and keep up the good work making awesome videos.

About recommendations not appearing, I have noticed that the Friday podcasts no longer appear on my suggested list, and the Wednesday is not always recommended, I can sometimes find them on the subscription page but not always.

Changing the oceans to fresh water would massively effect ocean currents which are driven by differences in temperature and salinity. You would have no Gulf Stream to keep Britain abnormally warm for it’s latitude. I’m not even sure Britain would be an island at all because I suspect the polar icecaps would be bigger. God only knows what that would do to the timeline but I doubt we would have a Britain as we know it and might not have even hit the age of steam and steel yet without Britain contributing to the Industrial Revolution assuming modern humans evolved and migrated to Europe at all.

I never submit questions you have to answer, but I would like to suggest one you might want to answer. Would either the USS Arkansas or the USS Alaska have been useful at the Battle of Guadalcanal? (Either night, I guess.)
