yes it is, according to the linked references on the Wikipedia article on steel (rather than offering the links myself but I was looking at the references and not relying on Wikipedia as a source!)

Yes, Drach, please try to get the USS Texas people on your show. Having grown up In Houston and visitied the Texas back in the day, I’d love to hear about the restoration and future docking plans for the ship.
