One Piece diehards have to be the most insecure fanbase ever. You cannot have negative opinion about anything in the series according to them. They’ll spoil you just to try and prove a point. Grow up guys

Don’t say “y’all” lol, I went through the whole of that comment section and it was just one comment with 3 likes and 1 supporting comment lol. Stop generalising all of us viewers as having one collective mind and opinion when often 10 people max(including comments and likes) out of all of your ...+ patrons are the only ones doing things that you don’t like and call out. Also it’s not really surprising that luffy remembers the thing with Rayleigh from back then. Luffy’s not the smartest person in the world but he is not mentally disabled nor has any brain damage(significant BD anyway as far as we know lol).

I literally think that the guy just forgot that it would be brought up next episode, the only reason I remembered that it would was because I had just went through that chapter ,that this part of the episode was based on , a few days prior. But I will say that one piece fans who have reached this far into the story should know better as one piece often calls back to past moments that link to current plot points. That guy should definitely have waited for at least one more episode to be watched before saying anything.

It is annoying I will say, I come here to watch and chill, not to hear complaints about about a consistent few subjects that can easily be ignored. It’s just uneccesary drama in my opinion that, for MOST of the time, can be easily ignored but isn’t.

To your point, while it isn't identical because this one use blades to decapitate, Queen does literally say it's based on the ones used by Celestial's for slaves, which is what was on Camie, so it's not like this is fan speculation. It's stated explicitly by a character.

First I want to say I’m sure the initial commenter didn’t realize or remember that scene would be in the next episode. Second I don’t see why you’re reacting that way to the way the DD bros reacted, it’s pretty easy to tie together that someone spoiled it, when the scene pops up RIGHT after you talked about it. Third it wasn’t nearly 5 minutes, was barely a minute 😂. “Easily ignored” means them just not looking at comments, calm down lol it all comes down to it probably being a misunderstanding (commented this much cause I thought the whole situation was dumb lol)

One Piece fans more than any other fanbase have this INSANE tendencies of always trying to explain stuff for watchers even tho the anime does it soon after. The same thing happened with the X drake reveal in law’s flashback. Niggas was too horny to tell y’all & spoiled it for y’all even tho it was revealed a few episodes down the line. Can’t count the amount of times I got spoiled on stuff, shit is annoying af

Look this has happened a bunch of times, this is the first time I’ve brought it up. Most people on this Patreon agree/don’t spoil stuff and usually don’t say stuff the dd Broz are annoyed at but generalise and say that their are a bunch of people or a lot(which usually there aren’t) and even the comment section has a general consensus on one opinion doesn’t mean all of the viewers are on the same page. The comments section is usually a vocal minority. But don’t worry I probably won’t be saying this sort of thing again, I thought I’d share my opinion on this just once as the ddbroz express their opinions about/to viewers very often and preach that it is their right to.

Every sentence I say is analyzed to be proving wrong or wanting to be seen something is wrong with it. Out of thousands of uncredited comments I respond to 20 and then it’s a problem 😂. I’m used to it by now. I do agree with you on our lingo also, but I think the fact that it’s ME holds more weight. We on to the next episode though! 🏴‍☠️

What ever I’m done, you guys are trying to say I’m receiving the meaning of a word incorrectly because now apparently it isn’t being used with the meaning it originally intended. The point is lycan mostly has voiced sustain for a small vocal minority in the comments many times and generalised them as being most people watching, but more importantly it’s just annoying hearing him call someone or something out almost every video. That’s what I brought up, after not saying anything when this sort of thing has happened so many times before. If knew it was going to create this much of a discourse and having have to defend myself against accusations of “worrying about one word” then I wouldn’t have said anything because obviously it wasn’t worth it.

I use the arrow buttons to quickly get past any topic or the like that I don't care about. Maybe this is the way ? :) Edit. Maybe don't use expressions and words that make a whole group of people look bad, maybe just call the people out by name. If the few are making trouble and the greater whole isn't, then just call out the few :) Not that I mind so much, I already got a way to deal :) I made this edit after I read all the comments.

EVERY single time they bring up someone spoiling they state THAT THEY KNOW ITS NOT EVERYONE, and that’s it’s not CLOSE to everyone lol now you’re saying it annoys you the way a content creator deals with spoilers or drama in the comment section.. he’s not banning anyone, cursing them out, name dropping them. They literally bring up the instance, talk about it for a few minutes and then move on.. obviously they encourage they’re fans to post feed back.. but to complain about an interpretation, it’s ridiculous lol he wasn’t referring to you so why be annoyed? 😂 stop being so literal when they’ve PREVIOUSLY stated they’re only referring to about 5%-10% of fans (it’s very simple.. ya’ll as in the people who post spoilers.. not ya’ll as in they’re entire fanbase, chill out buddy)

I would say that it is even more unnecessary to make a bunch of people insecure. And I don't really think that it is a matter of being insecure, I think it is more about being annoyed by the generalisation. But you might be right that name dropping could be bad, not for the reasons you came with, but it could make the ones being called out to stop their subscription. I don't think it is petty to call people out, especially for spoiling. And it being unnecessary, you might be right, but it could also make the people getting annoyed by the generalisation to stop their subscription. (this is just if you think about it, I don't really think that anyone would get that mad, without it having to do with more than just what was said in the video).

I get what you’re saying but I’ve never heard them generalize they’re entire fans with the fans who spoiler.. they’ve always made it clear that they’re talking about the 5% of fans.. so for fans to feel like they’re talking about them, the first time they don’t specify they’re talking about the loser spoilers, they kinda over reacting and being insecure about the matter. I don’t see a reason why a good valid fan would feel attacked by what they said, it was obvious that they were referring to the group of fans that spoil shit for them

I agree that it is very rare and that it most likely involves some overreacting by the viewers. But we don't know what people lives are like, if you get what I mean :) I can totally understand why someone would overreact like this, weeb comments and memes or even just the "one piece fanbase is just soo ...." can get under my skin sometimes. I guess what matters is that people respect each other here in the comments, because it is here we can express these things, and I hope more people will just delete their comment if someone informs them that it had a spoiler in it.

Marcus, I completely agree with you. I rarely ever post on the comment section, but Lycan’s constant complaints of the commenters is extremely annoying. People are focusing too much on the word “y’all.” The fact is, this has happened many many times, and every time, Lycan says it in a way that generalizes it to the entire comment section. And then, he proceeds to reply to the comments either in a video, or the comment section itself, saying something like “It’s just because it’s me” or “Every sentence I say is analyzed.” Why do you think it’s not happening to Amenz? It’s because he doesn’t complain about, and generalize the comment section. If he has a complaint, it’s usually addressed and moved on from relatively quickly. With Lycan, I have to hear the complaint multiple times. It’s honestly just annoying at this point.

For the most part, people don't remember that its a spoiler. Like for example back in Drum Island they explain what a Zoan Fruit is, however they never explain Paramecia nor Logia types until Skypia, yet I see constant spoilers explaining what those Fruit are and who has them. Its not because people are trying to prove a point, its because they remember getting the explanation for all three fruits in Drum, they have the info but don't remember when that info was actually given to them.

The closer you get to the end, the closer you get to people that don't remember stuff. I think this is a classic case of this. Were people think that the Rayleigh part with the collar that happened in this episode happened exactly the same back in the day.
