Its confirmed that it was Ace who did it, if Dragon had used conquerors haki Bluejam would've been knocked out.

Whitebeard does have conqueror's haki. This was later confirmed in an SBS, I think, so there's no way of actually knowing if you're anime only, but *right* before Luffy used it to knock out the executioners, Whitebeard was about to do the same thing. If you notice, he says something like "you think I'll just let you do what you want?", but suddenly has a cardiovascular episode due to all his injuries and his old age. He was about to use Conqueror's haki at that time.

Yes you actually right Ace is the one who unlock the conquror's haki or at they call it "king haki" at age of 10.. he is the pirates king son after all 😂, whitebeard has it too and also shanks but it's rare and only 1 person from a million could have it

whitebeard tried to use conquerors in marineford but he had a heart attack once he tried and fell to his knees when crocodile saved ace I think

Whitebeard also seemed to use conquerors haki when luffy stood up to him at marineford, one of the navy captains collapsed at that moment when whitebeard smashed his staff into the ship

Whitebeard was confirmed to have conquerers haki during the war. Right after luffy used it. Whitebeards crewmates were saying that he has the same haki as the old man and red hair.

it was Ace who used the conqueror's haki (Haoshoku haki) it was confirmed by Oda. Also, if you remember in Marineford when Luffy unleashed his conquers's haki, Ace said "you use it too".
