Hey MCDM Patrons,

James Introcaso here to show off the table of contents for ARCADIA 5! This issue will be out before the end of June and is currently being laid out. Here’s what’s inside:

Leon Barillaro, who wrote ARCADIA 1’s “Workshop Watches,” is back with “Long-Term Curses.” These six magical torments can’t be undone by a simple remove curse spell. I personally am a huge fan of the Curse of the Betrayed, the Curse of the Living Dead, and the Curse of the Sordino.

Feed your avarice with Carlos Cisco’sGoldmonger Subclasses.” The subclasses for clerics, druids, and paladins allow players to embrace playing a greedy character. But don’t worry. These adventurers aren’t evil! And GMs get in on the fun with a new NPC and three retainers.

Finally, Sam Mannell, author of ARCADIA 3’s “Ace’s High,” presents nine new spells in “Alabaster’s Almanac.” I am a big fan of wielding, which allows a mage to steal and use a foe’s weapon, and scryspike, which lets you stab a sneaky spy in the eye.

We’ve got some loose ends to tie up before this issue comes your way, but if you want to get hyped for the launch, share your excitement with our communities on Discord and Reddit.

Now back to work on those new classes…

...aren't your mummy's curses? That was just brilliant.

Another epic piece of cover art. And that editors letter alone got my creativity flowing over the possibilities of curses, of taking spell components to an extreme etc. I feel there are some curses bubbling up in my campaign!
