Here's what we've been up to Starting with a Word from Vixel!

2/14 weekly update:

Happy Valentine's Day, floofs! :}}

Last week I continued bugfixing in our Upgrade/v2 project. Reached a milestone by making the first working test build for Carrot! ^w^ *partyfox* It's got the Start Menu and all our movies and stories, powered by all the rewritten systems under the hood.

This week I'm working on content for our monthly build, more bugfixing in Upgrade/v2, and ironing out the kinks Carrot finds in the test build. Here's our Upgrade/v2 roadmap again, I'm currently working on the first three items together:

• General cleanup: final review of changes in the overall project. <--
• Solo playtesting until obvious bugs are gone. <--
• Test builds for Carrot, back-and-forth to fix bugs and re-polish details. <--
• Share a test build with a bigger group for community feedback.

On my side I've prepped the entire Ladies version of the dungeon! Surprisingly a lot of assets to prep lmao. BUT! I also prepped them for a possible merch idea ;DDD Super stoked on this possibility! If we DO end up trying this lil merch idea, we will likely do a limited run for the funsies, and they probably won't be cheap since it's a pretty complicated lil set thing! Anywho I'll let y'all know how it's going while it develops!

Just gotta fix the lil writing stuff and add portraits to some areas, then it'll be ready for Vixel to put in!

Other than that, I've been sketching last month's patreon poll! The winner for that is Dustin! Here's a sneak peak :>

Other then that, I've done a bit of game dev research for the future, and some 3D shenanigans! In particular, prepping this lil valentines thing for today :>

This particular animation was already done, but I wanted to dress it up for valentines - the above pic is a sneak peak, but I'll render out a few different camera angles and post em here :>!
