Hi Patrons!

Everyone was so excited about the babies that it motivated me to get a ton of work done the last few days ^_^ Also, I want to start sharing more work in progress images because I know it is cool to see a shapeless blob become something.

Displacer Kitten

I wanted to make something I could share without concern of a lawsuit and something merchants could sell too. Solution, it is missing the two extra legs. (Also, I may have totally forgot to include them because the pose doesn't exactly lend to 6 legs very well haha)

Stage One - General Blob

Stage Two - Refining the shapes

Finished!

Note that the polypainted eyes aren't sculpted details so it doesn't look quite this Disney. I love this thing so much.

Owlbear

Stage Two - Refining the shapes

Mostly Finished!

Again the polypainted eyes aren't sculpted details. I just do this because... I mean look at it. Absolutely adorable <3

Lots of cuties to come! This collection is going to be awesome!

The displacer beast kitten is adorable! A few fun facts about displacer beast kittens: They actually don't have any tentacles until they grow up (but obviously i think you need them on a mini, otherwise its pretty much just a cat, so i think its fine with em) In addition, while adult displacer beasts are cruel, mean, and evil, the kittens are born without these tendencies, and are fluffy playful little kittens.

Welp. Now a member of my party is going to wind up with a pet displacer beast kitten. I am both dreading and looking forward to it in pretty equal measure.

That honestly makes me feel better to know there is more than one thing inaccurate about it lol Thanks for the info!! I was going to believe they were harmless regardless but it is nice to know they are actually wonderful <3

I think displacer kittens have 4 legs until they reach maturity, when their extra legs pop out of their sides and their eyes change from Disney into a dangerous glare. :P You should look into getting plushies made of these baby monster designs. They're so cute I bet you'd sell a bunch of them on Etsy.

I guess you need to be careful when bringing home stray kittens in the D&D universe! One day it's a cute fluffy wuffy wittle kitty and next it's a bloodthirsty predator...

Can't tell from the image if this is already there or not, but I think the owlbear baby should have a little bear tail. Make it extra floofy.

Hahaha the though of extra legs popping out cracks me up!
