After the Lustfall happened in Heartlandia, the meaning of "cow girl" changed a bit. While lactation was a less common fetish before, the interested in it rose by quite a bit. So much so, that savvy business started "ranches" where people could come in and get their knockers milked while dressed up in a sexy, latex cow costume. Not only were people paying to be milked, but the ranchers were also selling the milk they extracted for extra profit!

This is a piece by BaconPanties (the same person who did the new battle card templates and icons that you'll be seeing in Update 7) from back in Update 4. I love the detailed shine of her latex suit in this picture and her expression. Being milked looks like it feels really nice!
