Sombra has been thus far, a true 'futanari' character. IE she possesses both pairs of genitals.

As time has gone on I've typically taken characters to a point of owning only one 'set' IE A penis or a vagina, rarely both.

 The reasons for this are numerous but most commonly it's because that area tends to become very cluttered. In this case, eliminating Sombra's Vagina would be a ret-con of sorts. I am divided on how to proceed. Which would you prefer to see?

I ultimately said both, but I'm of that weird picky subset that like futa cocks being big clits (given that they technically come from the same origin when we're born). That said, clipping is a thing and balls tend to get in the way.

I'm biased, in that futa isn't really my thing. So I appreciate the animations that have both. That said, I also recognize the complexity and "clutteredness" that results. And, ultimately, I'll watch it either way. 🙂

My preference would be keep the vagina and the shaft, get rid of the balls — that’s less immersion-breaking for me, since clits and penises start out the same in the womb, and balls just clutter up the vag

This was a way harder question than I first thought it would be. Took me like 20 minutes of hard deliberation to come to a conclusion. I say remove the vagina. Leaves you with the perineum which is also a very sensitive area to play with and makes it, like you say, less cluttered down there. That being said, I didn’t think it interfered for any of the previous girls and am perfectly happy with either. I did see some others mention it and thought I should as well, just to make my stance clear: Definitely keep the balls. That I take a hard (giggity) stance on. Removing them would lessen everything considerably for me, personally. Ultimately, it’s up to you and your team. I’m certain what you put out will be amazing whatever you decide, but you asked for opinions so here’s mine.

If I had to put in my real opinion, I can't choose one over the other because I LOVE the options of having both (especially when over stimulation is involved) but if it's too "cluttered" then I vote to remove the balls. Focusing on those parts don't really do it for me anyways (My opinion) I always envisioned the shaft being the clit and having the balls didn't matter. But I guess if "extracting" is the main focus of the videos, then my vote is ruled out completely.🫤🤷🏼‍♀️

Alot of people saying remove the balls, personally I think keeping them is better, futa without balls just looks wrong to me. Well before the position meant that the balls just fell over the vagina. So it was a non issue. Without wanting to give away too much yet. This feature will reposition her. Making that area visible. And yeah as mentioned. The balls being removed was never and probably will never be an option.

Just for clarification I think it goes like this: Futa is fantasy, it is the ability to have both penis/testicles & vagina fully developed. Hermaphrodatism(?) is where both are under-developed, or one is non functional, and usually don't form aesthetically. - Shemale = tits + dick/balls - Femboy/trap = no tits, dick/balls, feminine clothes etc. - Trans ___ = male "frame" (hips, muscles, jaw) but tits, dick/balls. - Futa = female "frame", tits, vagina, + dick/balls. Its full package. So, for me personally, I'm only into futa because it's fantasy (like elves and whatnot). They're like girls I can understand physically. Honestly the balls are paramount to the experience for me. Seeing Mercy and Ashe's balls flex and contract as they fired their loads in satisfaction, while Sombra's pulse and twitch and clench, wishing desperately they could do the same. Maybe an unpopular take, but I think I would really prefer if Sombra were just an indefinite victim of denial. People tend to be in two camps. They want something more like a herm with the balls/equipment internal and the shaft being an extended clit OR fully futa with everything. You are an exception with actually doing stuff with the balls. Most creators ignore them so they feel pointless aside from aesthetics and make things busy. Since you actually use them I can see why you want to keep them.
