Checking in With Updates (Patreon)

Hey everyone. I have some quick updates - one not very good and others that are more positive. To get the bad news out of the way first - another one of my parakeets, a little girl named Elby, is now very sick. Neville seems to be completely better but now she is ill. I was very surprised and upset this happened because the vet had felt Neville wasn't contagious. So, either his illness is lingering or there's something in the environment and I'm starting to tear apart the whole room, getting rid of some of their old things and trying to buy all new ones, and searching for anything that could make birds sick. Elby seems to be worse than Neville even was and can barely stand at all. She was at the emergency animal hospital last night and they gave her some antibiotics and fluids but said she seems critical and they're not sure what the outcome will be. She has an appointment with her normal, avian vet in a couple of hours for a stronger antibiotic and fuller check-up and to talk about what to do to prevent the other birds from becoming ill.

As for filming and reactions - my Dad was finally able to come visit on Saturday and we were able to film the rest of Season 1 and the beginning of Season 2 of Game of Thrones. So, that is a positive development!!! And yesterday, before everything happened with Elby, I was able to film new reactions for multiple shows. I also was able to play around with my new software some. After Elby's appointment later, I will be working on editing videos of some of those reactions and posting them. I still plan to have The Expanse up tomorrow, as per schedule and am still going to be taking my "vacation from regular work" for the rest of this week and some of next week, to focus on the channel. However, it'll probably be very late tonight before the weekly videos begin to be posted, due to the vet trips.
