Hey Everyone!

I hope you're all doing well, because it's now time to vote on the next topics for February!

Here is what I'll be working on:

On top of the usual Linux News (which might be bumped to Weekly News videos in February, as a test, we'll see if I can make that work), I'll make a review of KDE Plasma 5.24, which should be out at the beginning of the month.

I'll also explore the recent issues in Open Source software, like log4j, colors and faker, to try and see what the problem is with open source funding, and who could, or should to pay to ensure that everything is maintained and secure.

I'll also have a video explaining how I think beginners should pick a desktop environment first and not a distribution, and another one about Linux and choice: how choice is a byproduct of using Linux, but not one of its core values.

And now, what you can vote on:

- The Best Office Suites for Linux: we all know you can't get the full MS Office, but there are still plenty of options out there, so it's time to detail them, including web-based ones.

- The Best Linux apps and tools for gaming: Gaming on Linux is heavily reliant on tools and applications to really shine, and I'd like to provide a summary of everything you can find out there to make Gaming on Linux a better experience.

- How to make Windows feel like home for Linux users: some Linux users are sometimes forced back to windows for a number of reasons, and I'd like to explain how to make the experience closer to what they're used to on Linux.

- Mythbusting: Linux has a fragmentation problem: the goal is to finally lay that thing to rest. Linux HAD a fragmentation problem, but, IMO, it's solved if you pick the right tools.

So, pick the ones you'd like to see, and I'll work on the 2 with the most votes!

Best,

Nick

I wonder also if you can make a tutorial about creating your nextcloud server with only office integrated.
