Sketch Commission Form for upcoming stream! (Patreon)

Doing another sketch commish stream in a couple days! If you want a sketch commission, just fill out the form below, and I'll pick 2-3 of them to draw in that stream. I'll message anyone who is chosen (by noon EST tomorrow), and we'll work out payment/commission details.

If you're not picked from this commission form, I'll still be doing a sketch comm at the end of the stream, which will be chosen with a form that will be posted right in the livestream chat like before. I just wanted to provide the form below as a way for anyone unable to attend streams to still get commission chances!
