Sketch Commission Form for upcoming stream! (Patreon)

Heyo! I'm trying something new with my sketch commission streams!

Rather than requiring everyone to attend the streams in order to get a commission, I'm posting a commission form a couple days before the stream. If you want a sketch commission, just fill out the form below, and I'll pick 2-3 of them to draw! I'll message anyone who is chosen by tomorrow, and we'll work out payment/commission details before the stream on Dec. 21st.

If you're not picked from this commission form, I'll still be doing 1-2 sketches at the end of the stream, which will be chosen with forms that will be posted right in the livestream chat like before. I just wanted to provide the form below as a way for anyone unable to attend streams to still get commission chances!
