This is probably the sixth time or so that I've watched this show all the way through. It really never gets old. It's brilliant.

Thank you for the reaction, Mary. This is my first time rewatching the series and I had forgotten just how brilliantly it's put together. In your search for crime/detective series, might I suggest the British show Broadchurch, particularly the first season? It's a great police procedural with very strong character performances.

Second, third, and fourth this comment. Wind River is absolutely amazing and probably Jeremy Renner's best performance on screen to date. Well, that or The Hurt Locker. Also another amazing film.

Off topic, but you have mentioned you are open to recent movie suggestions. So I want to suggest a movie I haven't seen any YT reactors watch. Alita, Battle Angel. Its a fun movie and good sci fi. I think you'd enjoy it.

I guess I'll suggest the Danish film Jagten (The Hunt, 2012). It's been good with major reactors on YT but the movie is vastly unknown by the public.

The condition was first named, as "Munchausen syndrome by proxy", in 1977 by British pediatrician Roy Meadow, so it had been in use for quite a while

Cary Fukinaga, the director of this season of TRUE DETECTIVE, doesn't receive enough credit for the atmosphere and character he gave to the show. Fukinaga also directed the supremely underrated 2018 Netflix miniseries MANIAC starring Jonah Hill & Emma Stone as well as feature a cameo of the infamous "Big Hug Mug". Maggie Hart is played by Michelle Monaghan, one of the best unsung actresses working today, who also it so happens hails from my home state and county. Lili Simmons, who played Beth is one of the stars of another underrated crime series called BANSHEE which I hope you can check out even if you don't record a reaction to it.
