"pillow biter" is used as a derogatory euphemism for a homosexual man, with the idea that there is a certain activity that might be uncomfortable for some and biting down on something can help one endure the discomfort... and in certain scenarios, pillows are often very conveniently located during the aforementioned activity. Obviously, the term can apply to any gender in the same situation, but my experience has been that it is used nearly exclusively in reference to homosexual men.

I think you are evidently pretty firm and confident in your position that you are entirely within your right to look away for things like that ending, but just in case you'd benefit from any affirmation in the legitimacy of that idea: yeah, fucking hell. It is entirely reasonable to not want to watch a portrayal of the absolute worst acts humans are capable of throughout this show and in any other circumstance, and this scene is certainly no exception. I can say without a doubt that watching that scene is the sickest and most uncomfortable I have ever been watching anything, and if I had been under a blanket while watching it I'm sure my head would have gone there too.
