Reset day: check (Patreon)
Content
Hi peeps!
I promised an update a bit earlier, but I must admit the past few days have been really hard on me. Also, my situation is not nearly as bad as what others are going through, so when I feel down I feel like it's not okay to complain about it to others, so that's why I was a bit MIA.
Basically, with the insecurity the virus brings (Laurens' firm closed for an uncertain amount of time so that means a big income loss, mine might be doing that but we don't know, my exams are cancelled and we don't know new dates, etc.).
SOOOOOOOO
I needed a reset day, and I think it's the smartest move so far. I took a random day off work, slept for hoouurs after breakfast, made a schedule for my studies/streams the next weeks, went on a run and wrote this post.
MARCH FITNESS ROUND UP
Basically I lost 2,4 kg, which is amazing! The reason why I don't want to focus on it too much, is because I know the Coronavirus is influencing my 'journey' a lot. I haaaaate doing workouts in my living room, it's harder to get fresh and healthy foods all the time, etc. So I actually lost a lot more, but the last week that all came back :p. Anyway, now I know I can lose 2,4 kg if needed, and I feel that knowledge will help me be consisent in the future after all of this.
APRIL GOALS
This is really a hard one. On one side I want to keep going at the pace I'm going, on the other side I feel like that is totally unrealistic with Corona influencing our lives so much.
Last month my goal was to lose 0,2 kg a week, I smashed that easily in March, so I was planning of upping that a bit, but I don't want to do that too much.
So for April I start my first wednesday at 77,9 kg, and I'd love to lose 0,3 kg a week. We'll see where we end up, but I'm gonna keep working out, so even if I don't lose weight, I know that without the effort I would gain weight. So it's still a little win.
Thanks for going on this journey with me, because wow, what a journey it is.
Also I want to thank you for deciding to support me financial through Patreon. In dark times like this, it really makes a massive difference in my stream and personal life.
Be safe, and take care of yourself and others.
