I made some Ship's Biscuits. That's all.

Just was curious and went fuck it, might as well, so here we are!
Not as coarse and wholegrain-y as they likely would have been back then, but I had to make do with the flours they had available at my store.

Tastes about as boring as you expect! Even soaked in a soup for a while still just the hardest, densest, most tasteless bread you can imagine.

They're there to make sure the water can more evenly escape so that they won't break while baking.
