New Month new update as they always say!

Compared to update 3 this one is much more substantial, too. Not quite as much as I had hoped because some of the art for it just did not want to get finished and ate up too much of my time...but what can you do. I'm not a machine yet, so sometimes stuff just doesn't work as anticipated.
Also shamelessly self-indulgent! But who's gonna stop me?

But we still have plenty of goodness in this one as we continue where we left off and make it to the next bigger decision point. Only one path at this point though, soooo off to Nomax it'll lead!

Also some behind the scenes stuff that I alluded to before, where the Nomax character graphic is not layered, which will happen to all the others over time as well, giving me much more flexibility in working with them.

We also got sound now! Pretty basic still, I had a few hours left yesterday and sound felt like something that wouldn't take too much time to at least get the basics in. (Though it did end up costing me 150€ for a fitting sound pack. Let me tell you, finding the right sounds is tricky ^^;. Don't want a small boat because then you can tell it's sound from a small boat. Don't want it too windy and noisy when it's calm weather in the game, or maybe you need it without too much wave noise but more isolated to complement a more private scene. It's fun to find the right fit though!
But yes, only a few hours of work put into it, so it's mostly just ambiance, with only a handful of situational sound effects.)

But yes, I hope you all enjoy it! Of course if you find some bugs or anything that feels odd then do let me know so I can add it to my list of stuff to sort out.

After playing through this once and only toying with a couple of the decision points, I get the impression that you're goal is to make the decision and progression system in this game a little bit more complex than I'm used to in VNs, where there's multiple ways to get what you want, but the how and the when of your decisions will affect what the characters think of you and may have later repercussions. If so, thats super ambitious but will also result in something unique and amazing. Looking forward to seeing Conway develop and learn more about the in-depth characters you've imbued into it.

Yep absolutely! I just love it when decisions in a game actually have an impact and take you down a different path. Of course very well aware that I have to be careful to try and avoid having it spiral out of control to the point where there are just a million different paths to write at any given time. But do want to give it a shot at least. :D Thank you!
