Oil Painting #7 (Patreon)

Another somewhat quicker one. Didn't have too much time that day so kept things pretty simple all in all.
I did initially want to fade it out to the bare linen both top and and bottom and use the linen as the area where the water becomes less reflective and darker, but didn't work out and didn't really feel like filling out the top then. Sooooo, only top remains unpainted!

Feel i am at the point where i got the initial hurdle done of just being dumb and knowing nothing, going in with no preconceptions, just doing things., and now i'm at the point where my ambitions are kind of overtaking my abilities with the medium. So gonna be using the next day or two to settle in with a book or two and read up a bit to hopefully point me in the right directions.
